Return Policy

                                                       Adagio Studio return policy:

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging and be free of odors or any sign of use. All antique sales are final. 

Clearance and sale item sales are final.

                                                    Sota Turntables return policy:

Customer is responsible for all return-shipping charges unless we were in error. All items returned must be in new, unused and uninstalled condition with original tags attached and/or unopened packaging. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. 

                                                 Griego Mouthpiece return policy:

There are no returns or exchanges on mouthpieces or accessories. If you receive a defective item from Griego Mouthpieces, please contact us within two weeks of receipt so that we can make arrangements for a replacement.
